Sea Monkeys

In my biology class, we grew "sea monkeys" and watched them grow. The background is all distorted from the water, and just the environment they grow in is interesting

weekly observation

This was a picture I took of the damage in Towanda after the storm on Thursday night/Friday morning. I think it's interesting how the old silo and barn have no damage, but the new silo was completely leveled.

This is a picture taken of the glasses inside a glass cupboard. It's cool because you can see reflection on the stuff inside, and off the glass doors. I thought it had a really neat mixture of color and texture.

I was sitting in ihop drinking some coffee..and when i put the cream in it, I noticed how it made the coffee look. I think it looks pretty neat.

When I look at this picture I really want to know what is behind the fence..I like the pattern of the fence and how it makes what is behind it kind of a mystery.

I definitely believe us as humans living on this world take advantage of all the beauty around us. The green-ness of this plant is beautiful.

This is a close up picture of the leaves on a green plant..the shape of the leaves on this plant are perfect..it is amazing what mother nature creates.

I went to the zoo today and this picture was taken in the rainforest area. I like the way the light shows through the trees. The trees are beautiful.

This picture is very simple but i like the shape of the windows and the lines are so prominent.

This picture looks like a full moon but yet it is just a close up view of a lamp..I think the picture turned out really neat..the shape is perfect.

This picture has a great color, the background looks blue but the tree and plants look their natural color, and the lamp is slightly lighting up the picture.

I was walking outside my friend's apartment when I took this picture. I liked the way it turned out because you can see the side of the balcony but peeking through the side is the beautiful sky.

glow sticks.. last week of school post

This is a pic i took of my friend the other night. she is spinning different colored glow sticks that at attached to strings. I like how it make the crazy colors at night.

This is a picture of the light I took on my ceiling in my apartment. I thought the light extending outward diminishing slowly on the way was pretty neat. i also like how the light is shaped like a clam or seashell.

Dinner Time

Okay so, this is kind of weird but I was eating with my boyfriend at Cheddars. The first picture is of the ice in my glass up close. I liked the shine from the light reflecting on the ice. Also, I noticed what kind of pattern my broccoli cheese casserole left in the bowl. I liked the colors and specs of green.

i really like how dark this picture is, its through the window so you can see large rain drops in contrast to the outside storm.

I like this picture becauseyou can see the sun in some places and the shadows cast probably by me. But I think it makes the picture better becasuse you can see different lighting.

VegaS has art?

I didn't upload these pictures until now because I haven't been around internet.**
The first picture is of the bark of a palm tree. I liked it because it doesn't look like any old usual brown bark you would see anywhere else. It almost looks like brush and leaves on the ground of some sort. The next picture is of the palm tree's shadow of the leaves. I thought it was interesting how large they were and how the color of the shadow and the color of the concrete contrasted.

White tree

I took this picture because I thought it was really cool that the bark on this tree is white. It is not something you see very often but this tree stands out because of it.

This is actually a reflection. I took a picture of a picture behind glass, and the result is this. I thought it looked cool, because it sort of has a "filter" effect; the colors seem to overlay the scene behind.

Week ?? observation

I made some jello for my niece, and had to use a disposable pie pan for it. I liked the pattern that the bottom of the pie pan made with the jello, it kind of looks like small rippling waves going through the jello. Kind of makes me want to swim in it.

Week 15

In this picture I just noticed the pattern on our dirt road out front when I was walking out and about. I like how the way the rocks seem to be assorted. They range from a fairly simple type to all sorts. The diversity in the way they are arranged and the rocks themselves give a very unique picture. Very simple and easy to look at yet all the while it's almost like a path has been cut through the middle of it, like a water way or something. What makes this picture stick out is the fantastic order of the larger rocks. The larger rocks give us a bigger picture, they give form to the rest of them.

April 30th Posts (17 &18)

These two images I found just wandering about our farm. They seem to represent the textures of things. I found that the tree bark was quite unique as it almost simulates a topographical map. With the tubing it reminded me of an augmented snake or worm or something with a nice yellow stripe down the middle!
