This shows the different layers of the candle and how the bulbs of the wick are resting at the solid point of the wax. i like how you can see a little bit of the tv reflection in the class, but the main focus is on the bulbs.

I think this is a cool idea to take the picture from this angle. I really like how you see a little bit of every piece of the candle.
ReplyDeleteThis gives the viewer the impression that they are seeing a sectioning of the candle through plexi or something else.....visually confusing which holds your eye and makes you search it more to make sense of the relationships. Cool.
ReplyDeleteIf you have ever looked at a underwater scene from a high quality water film camera it looks alot like this. When the water is clear and there are rocks all alone on the sand is what this picture looks like to me in my mind. Water and fire.. what an irony.
