This was a picture from the ice storm last week. I wish it had better quality because the best part of it is the ice hanging off the fence. But it does have a nice crystally(sp?) look to it i guess.

Artists nurture their ability to find interest or beauty in the mundane, the ordinary and the natural world. Through practice, they accentuate this focus, typically as a driving force in their work. From Observation is a community blog project that engages its participants to take part in this exercise by finding beauty and interest in their everyday lives.
I love how the fence and the ice form a pattern. The ice made something so ordinary really stand out and sparkle. Even though the ice storm was destructive, it was very beautiful while it lasted.
ReplyDeleteI like this picture. I really like how the ice looks like a bunch of crystals. I also think it looks cool because of the pattern of the fence
