I took this picture of the rain, and I love how there's almost a pattern to the rain drops. They are in vertical lines from the streams pouring off of my roof, and you can tell where each stream is by the line of vertical droplets. It's kind of like a Polluck painting because you can trace where the droplets started. I also like how some of the light from my flash makes some of the droplets look like fire.
I can kinda see where you are going with this and Polluck. It is quite his style and since he relied on nature for quite a bit of his inspiration and the fact that raindrops are as random as his process was.. well it makes sense!
