I chose this picture because it is simple and the white background on it really made the two colors red and green pop out. You can also see the shadow behind the petals of the rose.

Cool picture Kolt I was wondering how you found such a rose in the middle of the winter could it be fake? I like how some of the petals look darker than the other. The green goes from light to dark as you look at the rose.

ReplyDeleteRoses are generally considered to be pretty significant-the are symbolic etc. How could you photograph a rose without buying into their predetermined symbolism?
